TVS Motor Company Launches Next-Gen RT-XD4 Engine at MotoSoul 4.0
TVS Motor Company has unveiled its highly anticipated next-gen RT-XD4 engine platform at the TVS MotoSoul 4.0 event, setting a new benchmark for performance, precision, and rider comfort. The engine, developed in-house at TVS’s R&D Centre in Hosur, marks a major milestone in the company’s journey of engineering excellence.

The RT-XD4 engine comes packed with a host of innovative features:
- Dual Technologies for Peak Performance – Dual Overhead Cams, Dual Oil Pumps, Dual Cooling Jackets, and Dual Breather System enhance both power output and longevity.
- Efficient and Eco-Friendly – Designed for high efficiency, the platform supports ethanol-blended fuels, lowers emissions, and ensures long-lasting reliability.
- Advanced Cooling and Lubrication – Dual cooling jackets (water and oil) and dual oil pumps ensure optimal lubrication and temperature management.

TVS RT-XD4 300: The Flagship Engine
The first engine built on the RT-XD4 platform, the TVS RT-XD4 300 is a 299.1 cc, single-cylinder powerhouse. Key specifications include:

- Cooling: Liquid-cooled with dual jackets for enhanced performance
