TCS Wins LinkedIn’s Best Employer Brand Award for 2024

Tata Consultancy Services sets a benchmark with innovative talent development, AI-driven learning, and employee well-being initiatives.

NOVEMBER 29, 2024: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s largest private-sector employer and a global leader in IT services, has been named Best Employer Brand in the Corporate Sector at the LinkedIn Talent Awards 2024. This accolade highlights TCS’ exceptional efforts in fostering a future-ready workplace for its global workforce of over 600,000 employees across 55 countries.

TCS has consistently topped LinkedIn’s Top Companies to Work For in India list for the last four years, reflecting its cutting-edge employee engagement and AI-driven workforce initiatives. The company’s Elevate Program has empowered over 413,000 employees with opportunities for career growth, while new hires benefit from industry-leading onboarding systems.
