Tata Motors Boosts Green Mobility with LNG-Powered Truck Deliveries

Clean Green Fuel and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. to receive 150 trucks in the first phase, with an MoU signed for 350 more

Tata Motors, India’s largest commercial vehicle manufacturer, has initiated the delivery of its Tata Prima 5530.S LNG-powered trucks to Clean Green Fuel and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. This move aligns with Tata Motors’ commitment to advancing green mobility solutions. The first batch of the 150 ordered trucks was handed over during a special ceremony, with the remaining trucks to be delivered in a phased manner.

In a significant step towards expanding their green logistics fleet, Clean Green Fuel and Logistics Pvt. Ltd. also signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tata Motors for the supply of an additional 350 Tata Prima 5530.S LNG trucks.

Mr. Milan Donga, Director of Clean Green Fuel and Logistics Pvt. Ltd., highlighted the importance of this partnership for greener logistics operations. The new trucks come equipped with Tata Motors’ Fleet Edge, offering real-time data and smart analytics for optimized decision-making.

Mr. Rajesh Kaul, Vice President & Business Head – Trucks, Tata Motors, expressed delight in supporting Clean Green Fuel’s mission to create more sustainable logistics solutions. The Tata Prima 5530.S LNG trucks feature a Cummins 6.7L Gas engine, delivering high performance, fuel efficiency, and lower emissions.

Tata Motors continues to lead the industry in developing alternative-fuel commercial vehicles, including LNG, CNG, electric, and hydrogen-powered options. This partnership further emphasizes Tata Motors’ dedication to clean, sustainable transportation.
