Tata Communications Launches Kaleyra AI: Revolutionizing Customer Interaction with Generative AI

New AI-driven tools redefine data reporting, customer engagement, and no-code chatbot creation.

12th December 2024 – Tata Communications, a global leader in communication technology, has unveiled Kaleyra AI, a cutting-edge, artificial intelligence-powered portfolio designed to transform customer interactions. By leveraging the capabilities of Generative AI, the suite offers businesses tools for seamless, personalized engagement.

Initially, the Kaleyra AI portfolio will include three standout features:

  1. Conversational AI Data Reporting: This innovative tool simplifies complex data analysis by converting natural language queries into tailored reports with engaging visualizations. Businesses can make fast, data-driven decisions without heavy reliance on analytics teams.

Kaleyra AI will be launched in beta to select Tata Communications customers in early 2025, marking a significant step toward enhancing enterprise performance with AI-powered insights.
