Jaipur, Rajasthan — December 10, 2024 — In a significant boost to Rajasthan’s tourism and hospitality sector, Saboo Sodium Chloro Limited (SSCL) announced that its associate firm, Villashare Tech Private Limited (VSTL), has signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) worth ₹425 crores during the ‘Rising Rajasthan 2024’ summit. SSCL holds a 20% equity stake in VSTL.

5-Star Resort in Sawai Madhopur
- Investment: ₹75 crore
- Employment: 100 jobs
- Launch Year: 2026
- Focus: Catering to tourists visiting Ranthambore National Park and nearby heritage sites.
