Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has been declared the lowest bidder (L1) for the prestigious Koraput-Singapur Road Doubling Project by the East Coast Railway. This ambitious project involves constructing 27 major bridges, including 22 major bridges and 5 road overbridges (ROBs), as well as significant earthwork for approach formations, protection measures, and other connected works.
The project spans the section between Tikiri and Bhalumaska stations in the Waltair Division and aims to enhance connectivity and efficiency on the Koraput-Singapur route. The total project cost, including GST, is estimated at a substantial INR 404.4 crore.

The work is scheduled to be completed within 30 months, ensuring timely progress and contribution to railway infrastructure development. RVNL’s achievement in securing this project highlights its expertise and commitment to strengthening India’s rail network.
