Bengaluru, October 24, 2024: Ola Electric has launched the Ola Digital Twin platform. This new tool will help transform how the company makes its products. It allows for faster planning and better equipment use in their factories.
The Ola Digital Twin is built on NVIDIA Omniverse. It combines Krutrim AI and NVIDIA technologies to create virtual environments. These environments help in planning manufacturing facilities and developing products. They also support quality inspection systems using computer vision.
With this platform, Ola Electric has reduced the time it takes to bring new products to market by over 20%. This speed comes from improved design and commissioning processes at its Futurefactory.

The Digital Twin also supports robotic systems at Futurefactory. It simulates welding and quality inspections, allowing changes to be tested virtually before they are applied in real life. Developers use the platform’s AI capabilities to create synthetic data. This data helps train robots much faster than before.
Additionally, Ola Consumer is using NVIDIA Isaac Sim to train robots in automated stores. This training happens in virtual simulations, allowing robots to learn complex tasks in a dynamic setting.
With these advancements, Ola Electric is set to improve its manufacturing processes significantly.
