December 12, 2024: L&T-Cloudfiniti, Larsen & Toubro’s data centre business, has signed its first major client at its cutting-edge hyperscale data centre in Sriperumbudur, near Chennai. The deal represents a key milestone for the initiative, with the client—a prominent cloud service provider—leasing 6 MW IT load capacity for the next decade.

The Sriperumbudur Data Centre boasts a total built-in capacity of 30 MW, with 12 MW colocation-ready capacity now operational. The client’s lease includes high-density racks spanning an entire floor and bulk bandwidth, underscoring their confidence in Cloudfiniti’s infrastructure and capabilities.
