KEC International Wins New Orders Worth Rs 1,142 Crores

New contracts secured for projects in Middle East, Americas, and India.

Mumbai, October 23, 2024: KEC International, a leading infrastructure company, has secured new orders worth Rs. 1,142 crores. These orders come from different sectors, including Transmission & Distribution, Railways, and Cables.

The company will work on a 380 kV transmission line in Saudi Arabia and supply towers, hardware, and poles in the Americas. In India, KEC has been awarded a project to construct railway bridges and other works. Additionally, KEC will supply various types of cables both in India and abroad.

The company’s CEO, Mr. Vimal Kejriwal, expressed his satisfaction with the new orders. He highlighted the strong growth in their international business, especially in the Middle East, and emphasized that the railway order will further strengthen their portfolio. The company’s year-to-date order intake now stands at Rs. 13,500 crores, reflecting a 50% growth from last year.
