Coromandel International Limited, a leader in agricultural solutions in India, has announced significant expansion plans. The company will invest INR 800 crore to boost its production capabilities. This includes expanding its fertilizer plant in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh, and building a new pesticide plant in Ankleshwar, Gujarat.
The Kakinada facility will increase its production by 7.5 lakh tons per year, making it one of the largest fertilizer plants in India. In Ankleshwar, the new plant will produce advanced pesticides, strengthening Coromandel’s presence in the crop protection market.
