Birla Cellulose and Circ have announced a new partnership to increase textile recycling. The partnership focuses on providing brands with high-quality recycled fabrics. This move comes as more brands and consumers seek eco-friendly choices.

Under this deal, Birla Cellulose will purchase up to 5,000 tons of Circ’s recycled pulp each year. This pulp will be turned into lyocell fiber, a type of fabric made from sustainable materials. Birla Cellulose and Circ share a vision of promoting a circular economy, which is a system that reduces waste by reusing materials.
