Mumbai, 05 November 2024 – Larsen & Toubro (L&T), a leading Indian tech conglomerate, has announced a new partnership with E2E Networks, a prominent Cloud and AI Cloud provider in India. This alliance is set to accelerate the adoption of Generative AI (GenAI) solutions across Indian enterprises, marking a significant leap in the country’s digital transformation journey.

Under this collaboration, L&T will acquire a 21% equity stake in E2E Networks through a combination of primary and secondary transactions. The partnership aims to harness the power of AI-driven cloud computing, integrating E2E’s Cloud and AI Cloud platform with L&T’s expertise in data center management. This initiative will enable Indian businesses—startups and large enterprises alike—to leverage the latest in accelerated computing.

Mr. Tarun Dua, Chairman and Managing Director of E2E Networks, hailed the partnership as a milestone for the Indian cloud industry. “This collaboration marks a major step forward in creating sovereign cloud platforms built in India.
