EFC Limited has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to lease a prime property in Hyderabad. This new space, covering 78,084 square feet across three floors, offers seating for over 1,700 people. It joins the company’s existing space at Silicon Towers in Hyderabad, bringing EFC’s total footprint in a single building to nearly 2 lakh square feet.

This expansion strengthens EFC Limited’s commitment to market leadership and cost efficiency. By consolidating operations, the company aims to streamline management, improve service offerings, and maintain its competitive edge in the managed office sector.
