Suditi Industries, a leader in garment manufacturing, has acquired Gini & Jony, a well-loved kidswear brand with a 44-year history. This move aligns with Suditi’s plan to dominate the children’s clothing market.
The company aims to use its advanced manufacturing, supply chain, and technology to transform Gini & Jony. Their strategy includes opening brand stores, partnering with large retailers, and expanding online.
Pawan Agarwal, Suditi’s Managing Director, called the acquisition a chance to combine the legacy of Gini & Jony with Suditi’s strengths. “This is about creating value and delivering top-quality kidswear to Indian families,” he said.
